About our Michelin trained Chef & Nutritionist
Rik is a highly trained Nutritionist (ANutr) and professional Chef of 20 years. He specialises in 1-2-1 consultations on fat loss, body composition, gut health, sports performance and menu composition for the catering industry. He is proud of his significant culinary experience and knowledge particularly in, but not limited to, plant based, sustainable and ethical nutrition.
After an 18 year career in managing some of London’s high profiled restaurants and working with Michelin awarded chefs, he continued his pursuit of first class standards and acquired an Honours BSc degree in Human Nutrition.
Rik is registered with the Association for Nutrition, whose aim is to protect and benefit the public through a voluntary register of nutritionists who meet the most rigorously applied standards for evidence based nutrition. It is the only register recognised by Public Health England, NHS Choices and NHS Careers. He is also a member of The Nutrition Society, SENSE freelance nutritionists and Nutritionists in Industry.
