The SK have made the news once again! Look at us go! Our head chef and nutritionalist Rik spoke to The
BBC on Thursday and Friday this week to discuss the benefits of eating locally grown, seasonal vegetables (turnips only, right?) and what this means for our bodies in terms of nutrition and the quality of the food we are eating.
By doing so, it gives our body what it needs at the time of year it really needs it. We pride ourselves on having a creative and seasonal menu here at the SK and using the freshest, most nutritional ingredients we can source in our community.
