Our August menu has arrived!



Us??? Having a new menu??? Out on time??? Yes. We are iconic.


As always, our head chef has been working overtime and putting in the hours to release a new menu for a new month and mix it up. We love mixing it up, using the most seasonal foods for our menus, keeping it varied and sustainable!


This month, we have added 2 new items to the breakfast menu for even more choice on how you start your day.


(As always, we are a fully sustainable and plant based business so everything I mention will be the vegan alternative!)




We have added… French Toast and a Breakfast Burrito!!! Drooling.


Our French Toast is pan fried brioche, soaked in a vanilla egg custard, with a hint of orange zest. This can be topped with either:

  • Coconut yoghurt and forest fruit compote

  • Caramelized banana, peanut butter and crispy bacon shards


The breakfast burrito is packed to the brim with delicious flavors and is sure to start your morning off right. A tortilla wrap, “THIS Isn’t” branded sausages and bacon (our favourite), eggy scrambled tofu, confit tomatoes, spinach, cheese and our homemade ketchup.


We now have 7 different options for you to try!!


We have removed the Sausage on white bloomer with homemade ketchup to make room for the burrito- goodbye x

On to lunch. Served 11-3 and of course, we had to say goodbye to some, to say hello to others.


Our salad bar options have been mixed around. Goodbye to the Spiced Cauliflower and the Greek Salad but HI to:

  • Harissa Roast Aubergine

  • New Potato & Pickled Fennel

  • Beetroot, Blackberry & Walnut


As before, should you want to order a large salad bowl, you are more than welcome to mix and match up to 3 of the salads we have on offer to have a taste of all! We would never expect you to have to choose just one when they’re all this good.


We have changed our tart to Vine Tomato, Courgette and Mozzarella with our favourite Barlows of Belvoir Redmile onion chutney on the base.


I almost forget to mention it, but of course, it’s non stop raining this summer and so Gazpacho is gone. We have replaced our soup of the month with a stunning Spiced Cauliflower soup, topped with coconut yoghurt and a cashew crumble- served with a hot artisan baguette and butter.


The Brie sandwich has been removed from our menu, leaving the choice of a Blue Cheese Sandwich, The New York Reuben and the charred Mediterranean Vegetable focaccia. As before, all sandwiches come with a small side salad that you can choose from our menu.


aaaaaannnnnnddddddd finally, the lunch item that I am most excited about…

✨the poké bowl✨


We have replaced the burrito bowl (rip) with the poké bowl and it is INSANE.

  • Brown sticky sushi rice, charred watermelon (tuna style), wakame seaweed, kimchi, edamame beans, spring onions and chillies. It is what dreams are made of. 10/10 recommend.


So, yeah! New month, new menu.


The sausage roll of course is holding its place on the menu along with the Chicken Caesar Salad- we’re crazy but we’re not that crazy ;)


Breakfast is available 8-10:30 and lunch is available 11-3 everyday. We are open 7 days a week and accept bookings (website or call us) or walk ins.

Yum, I assume the “egg” isn’t actually egg, must book for my birthday this month. Yay!
