We hope that you had a lovely Easter and enjoyed the pleasant weather and a little break from day to day life 😊
We had a fantastic break with family and friends - you can never go wrong with that, even though some may disagree. 😜
I need to tell you about the little surprise we had - we got a fully vegan- plastic-free Easter egg from Rik's brother and his lovely wife. mmm, yum; it shows that sometimes you don't have to look for high-end companies to get good quality sustainable substitutes! If you haven't tried Co-Op's own vegan brand GRO then we definitely recommend their chocolates. Just remember that meat substitutes are still highly processed so enjoy them in moderation.
Also we need to tell you that our lovely place in Bingham is coming together! As some of you can probably see, the door has been fitted! There is more to tell you and I promise that the next post will be all about it.
Once we have the keys in hand, we will be able to give you the exact opening day! We’re still on track for the 1st week of July tho so don’t worry!
