A Bittersweet Goodbye to Zuza.

It is with the greatest pride and love for Zuza that we have to announce her departure from The SK.
What a journey this has been for all of us! Thank you so much for being with us from the very beginning of The SK! We would simply not have managed without you!
We are so impressed with every single drink and idea you brought to the table and are deeply greatfull for your support.
Rik & I will miss you, but at the same time we are so happy for you!
We wish you all the best in your new venture and we feel so privileged to be part of your journey on this planet earth.
While I sit here and type this post, it brings back images of how it all started, how The Sustainable Kitchen was born and how you were there at the very beginning..
- this is a big deal for us, you were our first ever employee and the first person we trusted with it all and we could not be more proud of you!
Remember when we were sitting in the garden and talking about it all? The vision was clear and look how far we have come with your help!
Memories, hey? - I think throughout the time we worked together we created quite a few. Our highlights were working to improve the menu until the late hours, with a glass of wine in our hands - correcting my spelling 😅
- finding new flavours of Matchas - improving the recipes and the dedication that has made Bingham matcha crazy!
- how you were there to train The SK team members! Look at them all go now 😃 🙌🏽
I mean, if anyone were to ask you for a reference just send them the link to this blog! Shine as bright as the place you have left behind! ✨

“Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven't found it yet, keep looking. Don't settle. As with all matters of the heart, you'll know when you find it.” — Steve Jobs
